According to Benjamin Bloom, who led a committee of colleges, (1956), stated that "there are three fundamental domains of activities in education: Cognitive: mental skills (Knowledge); Affective: growth in feelings or emotional areas (Attitude); and Psychomotor: manual or physical skills (Skills)."
Students will be taught to recognize each domain when learning vocalize, and or playing their instruments under tutelage of a talented and experience instructor.
When teaching students of all backgrounds and cultures, a universal language such as music, it’s critical to be reminded that music touches on all levels and domains in our ongoing lifelong and diverse learning experiences; which incorporate and leads to the development of knowledge, skills and feelings.
Students are encouraged to seek advice for advanced studies from workshops/clinics, boot camps and from an institution of higher learning.
It's the philosophy of NedGJean's instructor experience that no students will adopt and similarly learn the same material as others do. Thus it's essential to develop a one-to-one with prospective students for the best result.
